Spring and early Summer is the best time for outdoor parties.  We try to eat and entertain in our backyard alcove as often as we can.  To jump start the launch of the &Learn series, I wanted to share a guide into creating a beautiful Brunch garden party.

“With enough butter, anything is good.”

Julia Child

In this menu, we certainly put Julia Child’s theory to practice.  Between the hollandaise sauce and the shallot butter- this becomes an indulgent, luxurious brunch menu.  But what is brunch without a little indulgence?  Add the mimosa and you might as well be in heaven.  Yum!  For the length of Spring to late Fall- we set up a beautiful black and white tent in our backyard that really sets the mood for a fun soiree.  All I had to do was set some flowers, add music and a few metallic accents- and it becomes an effortless canvas for a chic garden party.
